Three Coaching Stages

Stage 1Weeks 1–4

Awareness

Client learns to notice hunger cues, eating speed, and portion sizes. No behavior change required yet — just observation and curiosity.

Stage 2Weeks 5–12

Practice

Client begins implementing 1–2 habits at a time. Coach introduces simple, specific behaviors and tracks consistency — not perfection.

Stage 3Weeks 13+

Adherence

Habits become automatic. Coach addresses barriers, stacks new habits, and shifts focus to long-term sustainability and identity.

Eat slowly and mindfully

Slowing the pace allows satiety signals to reach the brain before overeating occurs

Eat to 80% full

Stopping before full trains the nervous system to recognize appropriate portion sizes

Eat protein with every meal

Protein drives satiety, preserves muscle, and is the highest-priority macronutrient

Eat vegetables with most meals

Lead agrees to sign up

They've said yes in DMs or on a call. Confirm their package and price.

Send them the intake form

Copy the shareable Google Form link above and send it. Ask them to complete it within 24 hours.

Form submits → MF HQ receives it

Their responses automatically land in MF HQ (check the Dashboard activity feed). You'll see "New client intake received from: [Name]".

Review intake + set up Trainerize

Create their profile in Trainerize. Assign their billing package. Axiom will draft their program from the intake data.

Trainerize sends auto-messages

The welcome sequence fires automatically — welcome message, intake confirmation, what to expect next.

Deliver program within 72 hours

Build their program in Trainerize (or approve Axiom's draft). Target: 72 hours from intake, 7 days max.

Kickoff call (optional but recommended)

15–20 min call to walk through the program, set expectations, answer questions. Builds rapport.

Via the Trainerize check-in form. You get notified in the app.

Review their data

Weight, adherence, energy, photos. Look for trends, not just single data points.

Assess what needs to change

Training: add volume, change split, deload? Nutrition: adjust calories, macros, meal timing?

Draft response

Use the check-in response framework in your Client Success Playbook. Keep it warm and specific.

Send in Trainerize

Reply directly in the client's app. Update their program if needed.
